Conor Coady shares what it is like to be Wolves captain

Conor Coady has been a Wolves player since 2015. The 27-year-old has been a  key part of Nuno Espirito Santo's side. The Wolves captain has made 46 appearances during this season. The centre-back has shared his thoughts on his captaincy style. “I am a talker," said Coady. “As a captain, I’m not a shouter and bawler, I would never dig people out. “I’m there to help and try to encourage because I’m the first to look at myself when things aren’t going well. Before a game it’s about trying to motivate and trying to create a bit of an atmosphere. “All the lads realise how important the Premier League is, and every game is, but it’s important to create a feeling within the dressing room that we’re going to war – that’s the biggest thing now.” source - Express and Star
