Tottenham and Everton are reportedly targeting Inter Milan midfielder Matias Vecino.
As Corriere dello sport report, the Serie A club are seeking £18 million for the 28-year-old playmaker, who has been in and out of the Inter side this campaign.
The Uruguayan has made 14 Serie A starts, but only five league starts since the New Year.
But according to The Italian editorial, the Toffees were linked with Vecino in January and Inter rejected their bid of £10.5 million plus bonuses.
And now the Serie A side are willing to cash in on him this summer, they seek a fee of £18 million with Spurs joining Everton in the race for his signature.
Despite being a central midfielder Vecino can also play as a number 10 as he owns plenty of attacking qualities.
Jose Mourinho may see him as a perfect option ahead of next season, as Spurs sold attacker Christian Eriksen to Inter in January.
Meanwhile, Carlo Ancelotti may be familiar with Vecino’s ability after his spell in Italy with Napoli.
Vecino joined Inter from Fiorentina for £22 million three years ago and has a contract with the club until 2022.
