Club CEO confirms Arsenal's interested in 23-year-old midfielder

Sassuolo CEO Giovanni Carnevali has revealed that Arsenal have made an official bid for Manuel Locatelli. Gunners are currently in desperate need of a midfielder, after missing out on Martin Odegaard and Emi Buendia. And amid the transfer window business, Carnevali told Sky Sport, that they have an official bid from Arsenal for Locatelli and it's an important one. “Arsenal have made an official bid for Locatelli," Sassuolo CEO said. "They’re pushing hard to sign Manuel and it’s an important bid... we will see. "Also Juventus want Locatelli and we’ve a special relationship with them. We’ve a new meeting scheduled with Juve”.
