According to Sportmediaset (via <a href="https://www.foxsports.it/2018/07/04/calciomercato-juventus-higuain-chelsea-affare-60-milioni-euro/">Fox Sports</a>) Chelsea have agreed terms to sign Gonzalo Higuain. 

Juventus star will join Chelsea after Maurizio Sarri’s appointment. Juventus will earn €60 m for Argentina international.

Besided Higuain, Chelsea are also keen to sign another Juventus player, Daniele Rugani, but the deal may not happen as Rugani will be given more time on the pitch.
