Chelsea youngster Billy Gilmour gave Frank Lampard a boost on Friday as he returned to training after a knee injury. The 19-year-old missed the end of the 2019/20 campaign after suffering a serious knee problem during the Blues' win over Crystal Palace in July.
During a training session, Gilmour nutmegged Chelsea newcomer Timo Werner and posted the pictures on his Instagram Stories.

Although Gilmour returned to training, he is not expected to be available for selection until the end of next month.
