Chelsea to launch final Declan Rice push that could see Arsenal land Jorginho

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard wants to make one last push for Declan Rice, which could pave the way for Jorginho to join Arsenal. Lampard has identified Rice as a top transfer target in the summer window. The Blues must therefore stump up a huge bid to prise him away.  Having already spent close to £230million this summer, Lampard may be forced to cash in on players before submitting an offer for Rice. One star who could be on his way out of Stamford Bridge is Jorginho. Arsenal reportedly eyeing up the Italy international amid their struggles to sign Atletico Madrid’s Thomas Partey and Lyon’s Houssem Aouar. Offloading him would allow Lampard to fund a move for Rice, and The Mirror claim he is determined to make one last push for the Hammers star.
