Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing Sassuolo midfielder Manuel Locatelli, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Sport Witness). The report claims that several European clubs have targeted the 23-year-old for the summer transfer window. The Blues will also face a transfer battle from the Premier League rivals, Manchester City, in their pursuit of the player.
