Chelsea will complete another four signings this week to take their summer spending above £200million. The Blues have already signed Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech. Leicester left-back Ben Chilwell is expected to join the club today. As £50million transfer has been agreed between Chelsea and the Foxes. According to Goal, the fourth signing of the summer will come in the shape of out-of-contract Nice defender Malang Sarr. The France under-21 international has agreed on a five-year stay at Stamford Bridge but will be loaned out for his initial campaign. Moreover, Chelsea are expected to sign Kai Havertz from Bayer Leverkusen and Thiago Silva on a free-transfer.
