Chelsea set to complete deal for Inter star with Blues willing to meet £23million asking price

Chelsea look set to make another move in the transfer market by bringing in Inter Milan player Matias Vecino. The Blues already reached an agreement with Ajax for Hakim Ziyech and the player set to join in the summer after agreeing a £40million move to Stamford Bridge. Daily Express reported, Frank Lampard could already be welcoming a second new figure come June. The Blues are happy to meet the £23million asking price for the midfielder.
