Inter Milan youngster Martin Satriano has stated he is flattered to be linked with a move to the Premier League amid reported interest from Chelsea.
The 20-year-old joined the Serie A side in January 2020 from Uruguayan side Nacional and has since become a regular in Inter's Under-19s side, for whom he has struck seven goals in 16 matches.
Satriano has also been involved in Antonio Conte's first-team squad this season and is expected to make his senior debut before the campaign ends.
Speaking to
Sportsmail, the youngster said:
"It is always flattering [the interest from the Premier League], it is a sign that I am doing things well and that I have to continue down that path.
"I try to use it as an incentive to keep working and be better every day. The Premier League is the number one league in the world in terms of competition, that I think all the players want to play, I think all the teams are very good.
"It is a very competitive league where any team can beat anyone. But for now, I am totally focused on Inter and to do the best with them."
