He has moved to Roma in 2018 and has impressed with his performances in domestic league and Champions League. Arsenal are also interested in signing Turkish international, however, Chelsea want to win the race and have prepared a better offer. Blues are ready to include Andreas Christensen in the deal and pay 30 m for Under, as reported.
