Chelsea have been handed a huge injury blow as Romelu Lukaku have been withdrawn from Belgium squad due to muscle injury.
The Red Devils are set to face Italy on Sunday in the Nations League 3rd place match against Italy.
However, Lukaku, as well as Eden Hazard have left Belgium's camp as they couldn't continue training.
Belgium boss Roberto Martinez addressed the issue in his pre-match press conference, and stated that the Chelsea striker is suffering from a similar issue to Hazard.
"Romelu Lukaku is suffering from muscle fatigue, same as Eden Hazard," he said.
"They're not in best conditions to play. They're leaving the national team camp due to these problems - I don't know how long it will take."
Chelsea's upcoming match after the international break is against Brentford on Saturday, but it's still unknown whether Lukaku will be fit for that clash.
