Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has made a transfer decision amid the club's reported interest in David Alaba. Bayern Munich star has been linked with the move to Stamford Bridge for the summer transfer window as he is set to leave the Bundesliga side, after rejecting a new contract. The Blues have long-term plans with Alaba, with Thomas Tuchel looking to improve the squad. Meanwhile, Abramovich has a "special relationship" with the player's agent Pini Zahavi. However, despite that, Chelsea aren't willing to meet the defender's financial demands. Liverpool, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester City and PSG are in race for the defender. The latter hasn't decided on his next club, though he has revealed his desire to make a move to Spain.
