Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich eager to spend £65m to sign Christian Pulisic

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has begun talks to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Christian Pulisic. Abramovich has already had talks with Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia about the club’s transfer plans for the remainder of the window. Pulisic is one of the most talented young players in Europe having already established himself as a first-team regular at Dortmund. Last season, the United States international scored five goals and registered seven assists in 42 appearances for the Bundesliga club.
