Chelsea offer West Ham swap deal for midfielder Declan Rice

Chelsea are reportedly intended to offer Michy Batshuayi as part of a deal on order to sign West Ham star Declan Rice. According to transfer expert Ian McGarry, Frank Lampard considers Rice as "vocal presence" and perfect for the Blues. McGarry also claims that the England midfielder “indeed is very much fancied by Chelsea with regards to a return” and that has been backed up by The Athletic, who also state Frank Lampard is interested in the player. As per report, the Blues boss could use a Belgian striker Batshuayi in a bid to land Rice, who reportedly has a price tag of between £50m-£60m. It's not secret that Batshuayi will be pushed further down the pecking order if Chelsea complete their proposed £54million deal for Timo Werner.
