Mauro Icardi could be on his way to either Manchester United or Chelsea with Inter Milan facing financial woes.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter are in line to receive sanctions from UEFA for breaching Financial Fair Regulations.
The Serie A club need to balance their books and raise £40million by June or risk facing sanctions.
Inter Milan can generate the money through player sales and Icardi is the prime target.
Icardi currently has a release clause of around £90million in his current deal.
