Chelsea make move to sign £86m Barcelona player

Chelsea have reportedly made contact with Barcelona in order to sign Ilaix Moriba. The Blues, along Manchester City, are interested in signing the 18-year-old midfielder, as per Sport. Moriba has been excluded from Ronald Koeman’s first-team pre-season training until he signs a new contract at Camp Nou. In his current deal there is already an £86m (Daily Mail) release clause waiting  which runs out next June.
