Chelsea made decision on Nathan Ake transfer

Chelsea are looking unlikely to re-sign Nathan Ake from Bournemouth this January. The player has been on the list of potential targets for the Blues. However, instead of signing Ake, Chelsea decided to hand a contract extension to Andreas Christensen. According to The Athletic, the player himself is keen to stay and fight for a place in the team.
