Chelsea are banned from signing players during the next two transfer windows until the end of January 2020.
Former the Blues boss Maurizio Sarri claimed, it will “not be easy” to challenge Liverpool and Manchester City upcoming Premier League season.
However, Sarri is no longer at Stamford Bridge. The Italian left the club for Juventus and Chelsea legend Frank Lampard replaced him in London.
With transfer ban and Eden Hazard’s departure, it has been suggested that Chelsea will have serious squad problems but fortunately, for the Blues, they are high-profile players who will show their strength.
Chelsea have played six pre-season friendlies and have won 4 of them, lost against J League side Kawasaki Frontale and held a 1-1 draw with Bohemians.
