Chelsea are currently engaged in advanced negotiations to secure the signing of Brazilian talent Ângelo from Santos, according to the sports journalist Fabrizio Romano.
An official bid has been submitted by the Blues, with an offer of £15 million for the forward born in 2004, Romano claims.
While certain details still need to be clarified, the deal is considered to be in progress and substantial.
