Chelsea are reportedly ready to sell five players in order to help fund summer rebuild, according to ESPN.
According to the report, Frank Lampard is ready to sell five first-team members to free up funds for Ben Chilwell and Jadon Sancho.
However, it is reported, that the Blues boss has no plans to sell N’Golo Kante and Jorginho, who have been targets for Real Madrid and Juventus, respectively.
Lampard was unable to sign players last summer due to a transfer ban and now he is ready to bring in the club’s top targets with Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho and Leicester City left-back Ben Chilwell high on the wishlist.
It is believed that there are at least five players who are set to be sold including left-backs Marcos Alonso and Emerson Palmieri. As well as midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko, who is currently on loan at Monaco and Michy Batshuayi. Davide Zappacosta could make his loan deal with Roma permanent.
