Chelsea have already secured the signing of Robert Sanchez from Brighton for £25 million. The Spanish keeper is expected to be immediately integrated into the starting lineup as they face Liverpool at Stamford Bridge in the upcoming Premier League match on Sunday.
Kasper Schmeichel, who was previously with Leicester City for over a decade, has now joined Nice. This move happened last year following his achievements of winning the Premier League and FA Cup with Leicester City.
Having participated in 46 matches during his initial season with Nice, the Danish goalkeeper is now reportedly up for potential transfer. This decision comes after a season marked by mixed performances, prompting the French club to consider letting him go.
