Chelsea handed major boost as they can sign Barcelona star, who is a big Thomas Tuchel fan

Chelsea continue to be linked with Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele. The Frenchman signed for £126 million from Borussia Dortmund as a replacement for Neymar, however, his career has instead stalled at the Camp Nou, with injuries hampering his progression. Dembele has reportedly rejected a new contract extension at Barcelona and that could push Chelsea to the front of the queue for his signature. The winger is familiar with Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel from his time with Dortmund. The 24-year-old has previously shown he is Tuchel's biggest fan, saying in an interview with BeIN Sport:

"Thomas Tuchel really convinced me, he is my favourite manager."
