Chelsea have found a replacement for Eden Hazard if he leaves

As it has been reported that Eden hazard could be on his way to Real Madrid, Chelsea is keeping tabs on for his brother Borussia Monchengladbach forward Thorgan Hazard. The Blues want to resign the Belgian as a replacement for Eden if he decides to leave. Thorgan Hazard has a buy-back option in the deal and Chelsea are actively discussing triggering it. (via tribalfootball) The Belgian has played for Chelsea from 2012 to 2015. Currently Thorgan has scored overall 12 goals in 19 games for the Borussia Monchengladbach .
