Chelsea defender David Luiz shock name on Everton’s radar

David Luiz is the shock name on Everton’s wishlist for a centre-back, according to The Sun. The clubs have discussed Luiz during talks over Fikayo Tomori heading to Goodison Park on a season-long loan. Luiz recently signed a new two-year deal and Chelsea’s transfer ban means Frank Lampard is reluctant to lose his senior players. The Brazilian is one of the three players who were team-mates with new boss Lamps during his playing career, along with Willian and Cesar Azpilicueta.
