Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Emerson Palmieri completed his medical tests with West Ham.
Italy International is set to join the Hammers after agreeing on personal terms for a £15m transfer fee.
The left-back arrived at Stamford Bridge in 2018 from Roma and failed to be the first team regular starter.
However, Emerson spent the 2021/22 season on loan in Lyon where he made 29 league appearances and scored one goal.
