Chelsea contact agent of Barcelona star as World Cup winner's transfer price tag revealed

Chelsea have reportedly approached Samuel Umtiti’s agent as they step up their pursuit of the Barcelona centre-back ahead of the summer transfer window. Knee problems have prevented Umtiti from reaching his full potential over the past two seasons in Spain. The player has lost his starting berth to compatriot Clement Lenglet. And Barcelona are now open to selling the centre-back this summer to balance their books, according to Italian journalist Nicolo Schira.
