Chelsea boss indentifies who he wants to made his first signing if transfer ban lifted

Frank Lampard wants to make Leicester City player Ben Chilwell his first signing if Chelsea’s transfer ban is lifted next month. The left-back could be heading to Stamford Bridge this winter, according to the Standard. Chilwell has established himself as one of the top defenders after his 36 league matches last season. The 21-year-old has also become England’s first-choice left-back. It’s believed Lampard - and Blues supporters - would love to bring the youngster to Stamford Bridge, with the Chelsea boss building an exciting team. Source- Standard
