Charles Leclerc will be World Champion before Max Verstappen

Ferrari driver Felipe Massa believes Charles Leclerc will win an F1 World Championship before his rival Max Verstappen. Both drivers have enjoyed strong seasons, both achieving two race wins. “He's an upcoming world champion and I think we do not have to wait long, and I do not rule out that he will goal reached even before Verstappen," Massa told Motorsport-Total. "Seven pole positions in the first Ferrari season are a clear message. What impresses me most about him is how he handles the pressure. "He has made a few mistakes, but you can not ignore his still limited Formula 1 experience, especially since he's in his first season in a top team."
