Barcelona are preparing to play an away Champions League group stage game against Borussia Dortmund as the UCL 2019 kicks-off tomorrow, September 17.
Dortmund and Barcelona have been drawn in the Group F along with Inter Milan and Slavia Praha.

Currently Barcelona are 5th in the La Liga table with 7 points, while Dortmund are second with 9 points in the Bundesliga table.
Last season Borussia Dortmund were eliminated from the round of 16 after losing 4-0 on aggregate to Tottenham, who went on reaching the final.
Meanwhile, Barcelona reached the semi-finals but lost 4-3 on aggregate to Liverpool, who also went on reaching the final.

Ahead of the game, Barcelona have today confirmed that Lionel Messi will be fit for the game as the forward suffered an injury in August. Besides Messi, who has been declared fit, goalkeeper Neto is also available for the game, while Ousmane Dembele (hamstring) and Samuel Umtit (foot) will miss the clash.
As for Borussia Dortmund, Paco Alcacer, who will be playing against his former team, Axel Witsel as well as Jadon Sancho and Reus are all expected to start in the game against Barcelona.
