Cesar Azpilicueta sends a message ahead of Chelsea's Champions League clash with Porto

  Chelsea celebrated a 4-1 victory over Crystal Palace on Saturday. Goals from Kai Havertz, Christian Pulisic(double) and Kurt Zouma helped the Blues celebrate the victory, while Christian Benteke scored for Palace. Thomas Tuchel's side will now face Porto in the Champions League quarter-final second leg on Tuesday, April 13. The first leg between the clubs ended in the Blues' 2-0 victory. Following the game, Cesar Azpilicueta took to Twitter and shared several pictures from the game as he sent a message ahead of the Porto clash. "+3!  @cpulisic_10, @kaihavertz29, @KurtZouma. Focus on Tuesday now!" Azpilicueta wrote.
