Cesar Azpilicueta sends a message ahead of Champions League clash with Porto

  Cesar Azpilicueta has taken to Twitter to send a message ahead of Chelsea's Champions League clash with Porto. The Blues will face Porto in the UCL quarter-finals first leg on Wednesday, April 7. Thomas Tuchel's side reached the quarter-finals after having celebrated a 3-0 on aggregate win over Atletico Madrid in the round of 16. Azpilicueta has posted a picture with a caption: "@ChampionsLeague mode. C'mon! #UCL."
