Bruno Fernandes’ camp have denied rumours that Bruno Fernandes was involved in a heated bust-up with head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer during Manchester United’s 6-1 loss at Tottenham Hotspur.
Reports claimed the Portuguese midfielder lashed out at his Red Devils team-mates and questioned Solskjaer’s tactics when they were 4-1 down at the break and down to 10-men after Anthony Martial was sent off.
He was replaced at half-time, despite scoring United’s only goal from the spot, and it had been claimed that he was upset with his manager for substituting him.
However, those close to Fernandes have moved to deny the claims.
According to
Sport Witness, the account of a half-time bust-up was branded by his camp as ‘lies’.
It’s also said that Fernandes is committed to Solskjaer and there is no issue between them.
Fernandes has been in sensational form since arriving from Sporting Lisbon in January.
