Unbeaten leaders and defending champions Manchester City are targeting an eight straight Premier League victory as they visit fourth-placed Chelsea, who are aiming to respond after losing at Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Ahead of the game Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has faced the press.
Injury update
Both Sergio Aguero and Kevin De Bruyne are OUT of tomorrow’s game, but Pep Guardiola says they will be back “soon”.
Could City go the season unbeaten?
I don’t care about that. It’s just the next game, to try to win the game, to play well.
City's form
I am proud that we have been consistent for 15/16 months over three days. It’s a big compliment for the players. They know it and I tell them every day but in the last game we could have dropped two points in the last ten minutes. There are many things we could do better.
Guardiola responds to Sarri compliment
Thank you (Sarri) but we are not the best. We have to win the titles and we didn’t win the title to be best team in Europe. The job he is doing is excellent. People don’t know how hard it is to create a style.
Chelsea form
It is always difficult at Stamford Bridge. Most of the time I lose there. The stadium, the history of Chelsea in the last 20 years and because they are a really, really good team. They have excellent players on the bench.
