BREAKING: Lucas Torreira's three-match ban upheld

Arsenal star Lucas Torreira will miss the crunch clash against Manchester United after their appeal against his red card was rejected. The midfielder was shown his marching orders for a late challenge on Danny Rose in the 1-1 draw with Tottenham. Gunners boss Unai Emery was hopeful he would have his Uruguayan enforcer in the squad for the visit of the Red Devils. However, Arsenal's appeal has been turned down by the FA and Torreira now faces a three-match ban and will be ruled out for Arsenal’s clashes against Manchester United, Newcastle and Everton.
