BREAKING: Didier Deschamps provides Hugo Lloris injury update

France national team head coach Didier Deschamps says Hugo Lloris could be out for weeks, or even months. Tottenham goalkeeper suffered a dislocated elbow in the first minutes of the match against Brighton & Hove Albion at Amex Stadium. He was substituted by Paulo Gazzaniga and was taken to hospital immediately. Tottenham are yet to make an official statement concerning the injury, however, Deschamps is not optimistic on Lloris's fitness. “He has passed his tests. It is difficult to say how long he will be out – I am not a an expert on anatomy." France national team coach said (via Mirror). "As far as we are concerned, he will obviously not be there for these matches, nor the next ones. Protocols will be put in place for his rehabilitation. "We are talking about weeks, even months. He will not return to the field in 2019, it is a near certainty.” he added. As reported earlier by Nice-Matin journalist Vincent Menichini, Lloris has not suffered a break of any kind of his hand or arm. More information to follow
