BREAKING: Arsenal have made Ousmane Dembele bid amid Liverpool links

Barcelona star Ousmane Dembele has been the subject of a loan-to-buy offer from Arsenal, according to La Liga expert Guillem Balague. The France international has been a target for both Arsenal and Liverpool and despite Barcelona’s claim that he isn’t for sale,  Guillem Balague speaking on his YouTube channel, has stated Arsenal have made a bid to sign the player on loan with an option to buy. He said on his YouTube channel: “The only approach from Arsenal was to get him on loan, with an option to buy. “That was an intermediate, not directly from Arsenal. “And again, Barcelona did not listen to it. “Barcelona don’t want to let him go in January either. They believe that they can get something out of him. “They think he has the potential to make a difference like he did at the start of the season.” Liverpool have been linked with Dembele with Jurgen Klopp reportedly keen to add to his attack. But Balague makes no mention of the Reds being in the mix for his signature.
