According to Sky Sports sources, Bojan Krkic has told Stoke City he wants to leave the club in this transfer window, if the right offer comes in for him.
Bojan wasn’t in the Stoke squad for Saturday’s 3-1 win at Sunderland, and told Mark Hughes he has some mild discomfort in his hip.
Hughes has repeated his desire to keep the Spaniard, and has told him he’s still a key part of his plans. Middlesbrough have made an enquiry, but have yet to make a bid.
It’s thought Stoke would want at least £12m for the 26-year-old forward.
