Chelsea are trying to bring in new faces ahead of the 2018/19 season.
The club will need to add to their squad in the coming weeks and a number of players have been linked with a move to west London.
According to reports in Italy, the Blues are working on three deals ahead of the opening fixture at Huddersfield Town.
Their first target is Jorginho from Napoli and the Premier League champions are at the front of the queue to sign the 26-year-old,
Turin-based newspaper also claim that Chelsea will move for Juventus duo Gonzalo Higuain and Daniele Rugani. Higuain would cost around €60m.
Juventus are currently looking likely to sign Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid, the Italian giants will cash in on a number of players so that they can afford the deal.
