Norwich City boss Dean Smith has confirmed that Billy Gilmour will be out of action for 3 – 4 weeks due to an ankle injury.
The 20-year-old Blues, who is currently playing with the Canaries on loan, has gone back to Chelsea and will receive treatment at Cobham.
“[Billy] Gilmour has an ankle injury that puts him out for 3-4 weeks,” Norwich City manager said (via Absolute Chelsea).
“He’s gone back to Chelsea for them to assess it and I hope he’ll be back for treatment over the next few days.”
