“Better than Partey”: Arsenal fans laud “special” U-23 talent after PL announcement

Arsenal fans have been reacting to the latest club announcement regarding the youngster Salah-Eddine Oulad M’hand.
Despite his young age, the U-23 talent has already managed to impress this season.
The Premier League announced on their official website that Salah-Eddine had been nominated for the Premier League 2 Player of the Month for October.
