Bernardo Silva has sent a message of gratitude to Manchester City fans.
The international break is almost over and now the players are getting ready to be back to the Premier League.
City's upcoming clash is against Everton on Sunday, November 21st.
And ahead of the game, Silva, who has been stunning this season for the Cityzens, has sent a message to the fans. In an interview with
the club's official website, the Portuguese midfielder said:
“I'm very grateful. From day one, the love they show me every time I play or when they see me in Manchester is unbelievable, so I'm just very happy. I've always loved Man City, my team-mates, the staff and the fans.
“They are supporting us – even in bad moments - they were always there for us. At the away games, they travel in big numbers and they give us such fantastic backing, so as I say, I'm just grateful for what they do for us."
Silva also added on the club's ambitions:
“It was a privilege to join Man City and the rest is history. The amount of trophies we’ve won is huge and we’re very happy with what we’ve achieved - but that can't stop now - we have to keep going because we are not happy with what we’ve done and we want more.
"There is one competition we haven't won yet, that we want to win and the Premier League, of course, we want to win that again and we will try to do that - it is never enough."
