The Belgium boss Roberto Martinez is considering leaving out almost all of his first team for Thursday’s group G clash against England.
Two already-qualified sides will decide who wins the section and who goes through to the last 16 as runners-up.
However, Kevin de Bryune and Eden Hazard have told Matinez they want the chance to front up against a side featuring club teammates and Premier League rivals.
Martinez privately believes finishing second may be an advantage with what is shaping up as an easier passage through the knockout phase.
