However, Belarusian Premier League continues and now we are turning our attention to the Belarusian Cup.
Belarusian Cup is an annual knock-out competition first founded in 1992.
The tournament is very important as the winner qualifies for the UEFA Europa League.
The defending champion is Shakhtyor Soligorsk, which was their third title. They are one of the most successful teams, along with Bate Borisov, Dinamo Minsk, Belshia and Dynamo Brest.
