Bayern Munich want to sign Arsenal’s head of recruitment, Sven Mislintat and believe they can reach a deal for him before the start of the summer transfer window, according to the Independent. Mislintat left a similar role at Borussia Dortmund to join the Gunners last year. Mislintat has reportedly put forward strong recommendations for players that have not been followed up, with Unai Emery taking a more active role in transfers than was anticipated. Bayern feel an overhaul of their current system is needed, and have identified Mislintat as the man to lead it.
