How Bayern Munich could line-up against Liverpool without Muller and Robben

Bayern Munich are set to be without Arjen Robben and Thomas Muller for their round of 16 Champions League clash with Liverpool on February 19. The Dutch winger has been suffering from a thigh injury since November but it seems the problem hasn’t fully cleared up, despite the player returning to training a week ago. “It’s not going well,” Robben said in an interview with Bild. “We’re trying everything, but nothing’s working out at the moment. “Unfortunately, it’s one of those where you don’t know the exact problem. It’s difficult and very frustrating. “I was pretty close to making my comeback twice before, I was back with the team, but then there were more setbacks. It’s not easy mentally.” Muller, meanwhile was sent off in Bayern’s final group stage match for a high kick on Nicolas Tagliafico, the Ajax full-back. His punishment was confirmed on January 1.
