Bayern Munich have been granted permission to agree a deal for Leroy Sane

Bayern Munich have been granted permission from Manchester City to negotiate a transfer for Leroy Sane. The 23-year-old has played a key role in City’s last two Premier League title-winning season, scoring 20 goals and creating 25 assists across the two seasons. According to Daily Record, City are now considering his sale. Sane is no closer to agreeing on a new deal in Manchester and his current contract expires in 2021. City's director of football Txiki Begiristian has admitted to his friends that he may be forced into selling so as to recoup a large part - or more - of the £37m fee they paid Schalke. Bayern will be keen on to sign Sane, as they are desperate for exciting wide players to cope with the losses of both Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben.
