Barcelona's Sport newspaper hails Arsenal after Pepe's transfer

Arsenal announced the signing of Nicolas Pepe from Lille on a 5 year deal. Pepe has become a record signing for the Gunners. As the North London side is preparing to play against Barcelona on Sunday in the Joan Gamper Trophy, ahead of the game, Sport newspaper dedicated an article to the Gunners. Journalist Layth has published few pages from the newspaper which are dedicated to Arsenal and the game between the North London side and the Catalans. "The newspaper has hailed Arsenal and Unai Emery for landing Pepe, claiming that his arrival 'is a signing that has raised great enthusiasm among followers and is undoubtedly an effective boost,'" wrote the journalist on his Twitter account. https://twitter.com/laythy29/status/1157577035600007169?s=20 During this summer transfer window, Arsenal have also signed Dani Ceballos, Gabriel Martinelli as well as William Saliba, however he was loaned back to AS Saint-Étienne.
