Liverpool are reportedly upholding themselves for a bid from Barcelona for Gini Wijnaldum. But the Reds are not inviting offers and are relaxed about the possibility of the Dutchman seeing out the final year of his deal. According to The Telegraph, the midfielder is open to saying on Merseyside, but also to the a move to Camp Nou knowing he'll receive a longer-term deal in Spain. Should the Catalans bid, Liverpool would not be forced to sell him on the cheap despite his contract status. Liverpool would only allow him to move on for the right fee if a Thiago Alcantara can be brought. Liverpool have not put a public price on Wijnaldum's head but the report claims should he be sold. It could be only the door for the Reds to move for Bayern Munich star.
