Barcelona are not giving up on Manchester City and PSG target

Ajax youngster Frenkie de Jong has long been linked with a move to Barcelona. The player has also been linked with moves to Manchester City and PSG. According to Diario Sport, PSG are close to sealing the transfer of the youngster from Barcelona. But according to Goal, Barcelona are hoping that the chance  of playing for one of the world's biggest clubs will ultimately see de Jong choose to join them. The midfielder, who is under contract until 2022, is valued at around £66million and it seems most likely that Manchester City will miss out on the transfer. Frenkie has scored 4 goals and provided 1 assist in 27 games for Ajax overall this season.
